Official Rules: The National Keder Day Contest

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The National Keder Day Contest (the “Contest”) is open to all Keder Solutions® customers. Employees of Keder Solutions®, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Contest Period

Submissions will be accepted starting at the time of publication and must be received no later than 11:59 PM CST on July 10, 2026 (the “Entry Deadline”).

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must visit the official contest landing page via a computer or mobile device and follow these steps:

  1. Click the secure media upload link (powered by Videospan) or scan the provided QR code.

  2. Record or upload a short video (up to 30 seconds) or photo showing an active job site, project, and the explicit use of Keder Solutions® products.

  3. Complete and submit the entry form with required contact fields, including: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Company (Organization) Name.

Entry Limit: Strictly one (1) entry per project. Duplicate entries for the same project will be disqualified. You may enter more than one project.

4. Media Rights, Licensing, and Usage Agreement

By submitting any photo or video entry (the “Submission”), you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to distribute the Submission.

By participating, you grant Keder Solutions®, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and legal representatives (the “Licensed Parties”) an unrestricted, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display the Submission (in whole or in part) and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.

The Licensed Parties retain the right to utilize the Submission for any commercial or non-commercial purposes without further compensation, notification, or approval. Approved use cases include, but are not limited to:

  • Digital Marketing: Official websites, landing pages, and digital advertisements.

  • Social Media & Public Relations: Corporate social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), public teasers, and company blogs.

  • Print Media: Brochures, catalogs, physical marketing collateral, and print advertisements.

  • Internal Communications: Internal office documents, training materials, corporate presentations, and stakeholder reports.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The Creative Picks: The Keder Solutions® Marketing Team will judge and select the most unique, creative, and impressive Submissions based on visual clarity, originality, and effective product demonstration. Selected featured projects will be announced and highlighted across company social media platforms throughout the week of July 12, 2026.

  • The Grand Prize Draw: All eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be automatically entered into a random prize drawing. The drawing will take place on July 14, 2026.

Winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed affidavit and release if required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

6. Prizes

  • First Submission Prize: The first submission will receive a $100 Amazon Gift Card. Submission must be relevant to the contest.

  • Grand Prize: (1) Yeti Roadie 32 Wheeled Cooler, (1) Yeti Half Gallon Jug, and Various Keder Solutions® Swag Items.

  • Other Prizes: $100 Apple Gift Cards, $100 Amazon Gift Cards, JBL Flip 7 Speaker, Yet Half Gallon Jugs, Golf Accessories Prize Packages, Keder Keith Bobble Heads and more.

  • Prize Delivery: Prizes will be delivered immediately following the successful validation and claiming of the prize. All prizes must be claimed by 11:59 PM CST on July 31, 2026. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted.

7. General Terms & Limitation of Liability

Keder Solutions® reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Keder Solutions®’ control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest. Keder Solutions® reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
