Hemming Tape
Our Double-sided Hemming Tape, has an excellent adhesion and temperature range, with a good range of surfaces it will adhere: metal, paint, glass and low-energy material.
Banner hemming is a cost-efficient permanent alternative to costly banner hemming sewing machines with no sewing required.
- Bonds to most foams and rubber sponge to make weather seals; gaskets and sound/vibration control surfaces.
- Excellent adhesion to low-energy surfaces makes it an excellent splicing tape.
- Excellent resistance to plasticizers and UV light. The use of heat and pressure will help increase the initial bond of the product.
- Adhesion may build by 50% during the first 24 hours depending on surfaces, heat and pressure.
- Available with 80# bleached liner standard
- Use where folded edge is desired
- Combine with power tabs, grommets, or both
