Our 1″ (25.4 mm) Alligator Buckles are stainless steel to withstand continued outdoor exposure with minimal wear. Also known as Spring, Thumb or Tourniquet Buckles, Alligator Buckles are tension devices used to tighten and tension perimeter webbing straps on Classic Series Frame Tent systems. When fed through the clip, straps are capable of continued pulling through of the buckle, but will be unable to retract toward the teeth without releasing the clip.
